Our sales staff are available 6 days a week in the showroom, via email and on the phone ready to answer any questions you may have. All of the staff regularly visit our manufacturers to ensure we are all up to date on current procedures, profiles and trends.
With over 100 collective years of experience within the glazing industry between the office staff alone we are happy to give our opinions and advice to find you the best glazing solution for your property.
Here at HBD Systems each of our installers undergo extensive training both in house and off site. All of our lead fitters have taken part in FENSA’s MTC training ensuring our installations meet all of the high FENSA registration standards. The installers have also all completed their NVQ diplomas in fenestration installation and are constantly updating and improving on their skill set. Our 5 installation teams (soon to be more!) are extremely professional, trustworthy and respectful of your homes; they are clean, tidy and take the correct measures to protect your home. We believe in our teams and their ability to represent HBD Systems providing a friendly, helpful and quality experience for our customers.
We carefully select our manufacturers and the quality of every product we supply. As such we offer a 10 year guarantee on labour. So if your products need adjusting, becomes stiff or are faulty we will pay you a visit to remedy and replace any parts free of charge. You will find that many of our manufacturers have a 20 year guarantee on their products other than glass which is generally 5 years depending on the manufacturer. If you accidentally damage your products or a fault is due to user error this may be chargeable but we promise you – we will do everything we can. All of the jobs that require FENSA registration will be registered after your final balance has been paid. You will then receive a certificate directly from FENSA (This can take up to 3 weeks from date of invoice). We also offer a C.P.A insurance backed guarantee. This covers you if we were ever to go bankrupt, for example if you had placed a deposit and we were to go bankrupt you could claim your money back.
At HBD Systems our doors are always open for customers to come in and visit us. We are open Monday – Saturday, with our offices upstairs and next door to our showroom there is always a member of staff available to assist.
Here in our award winning Hertfordshire showroom we have over 30 products installed in state of the art modules as well as a variety of samples to view and try. Giving you or your clients a unique opportunity to view and operate products at their leisure in a friendly environment.
