Reception and Admin Assistant

Salary £18,000 – £20,000 per year dependent on experience.

We are looking for a confident and competent individual to join our growing team.

Your main responsibilities will be to answer the phones and deal with customers requests and/ or transfer them to the relevant department. Alongside this there will be admin duties such as filing, logging details onto an online computer system and arranging appointments.

You will meet and greet customers in the showroom and be the first friendly face our customers meet!

Sales Estimator

Salary £20,000 – £30,000 plus bonus per year dependent on experience.

HBD Systems are looking for a member of staff able to deal with high end products and be comfortable with customer interactions. Typically our customers contact us via phone, email or visit our showroom to go through their projects. We are not a company which cold calls or pushes customers into purchases. We pride ourselves on offering customers a personable experience. Every customer receives a quotation with their individual needs in mind. You will receive extensive on the job in the various products. This ensuring you can offer expert advice and your own opinions ensuring our clients we can fulfil their design desires.

All of our staff should be organised and punctual, you will also be given a uniform (shirt with jeans). Previous experience within the glazing or building industry would be an advantage but is not essential, whilst computer skills are a must.



Salary £25,000 – £30,000 per year, dependent on experience.

Currently we have two surveyors and are looking for a third to join the team, we are looking for a candidate who can work on their own and as part of a team.

You will be measuring a large variety of products; Windows, doors, Roof lights, Roof lanterns, Glass fin Roofs as well as Bifold doors and Sliding doors where you are required to set threshold levels for clients and builders. After each survey you carry out it will be your responsibility to input your sizes after tolerance deductions to our pricing system along with any relevant information ready for the project to be passed onto our ordering team. Within this process you will assess what labour is required, the length of time needed for the installation and what additional equipment may be required.

Previous experience within the building, construction or window industry is a must for this role.


Order Processor

Salary £24,000 – £27,000 per year dependent on experience.

We are looking for a candidate with an eye for detail to join our order processing team. As our company is growing so is the volume of orders being placed from our large product range. This is a vital role within our company where you will be placing orders with a range of approved suppliers, following yo they have received order and obtaining delivery dates.

Key qualities we are looking for are organisation, attention to detail and the ability to keep track of various orders and delivery dates while ensuring our installation department are aware of any changes. We have a CRM system which you will be trained to use to raise purchase orders and input delivery dates.


Lead Installer and Trainee Installer

Salary – please enquire upon application – price per window.

Due to our high workload and constant growth we are looking for another installation team full time. The lead installer will need previous experience which can be applied to the installation of Windows, Doors, Bifold doors, Sliding doors, Rooflights and also conservatories. We require every job to be finished to a very high standard. Ourur installers to have their own tools and a clean driving license.

You will work closely with other trades on site working towards the same project goals. Our installation manager will assist you with any queries, issues on site and your general duties. All of our installation teams are supplied with a uniform which must be worn on site. Health and safety is mandatory on site! You are expected to have your own boots and it helps to have your own goggles, gloves etc but anything you do not have will be provided for you.
