are ideal for those seeking a period look with all the benefits of contemporary window technology.

Made in the UK, Residence 9 windows are hand-crafted to provide a perfect timber- look finish, making them suitable for traditional and modern properties. The R9
windows feature double or triple-glazing options, providing excellent energy efficiency and some of the best U-Values on the market. Additionally, they come with
extensive weather sealing, ensuring durability and performance in any climate.

Available in a wide range of designs, finishes, and glass options, the Residence 9 windows can be customised to suit any style. They are particularly well-suited for

Still one of the slimmest bifolds in the UK today, Origin bifolding doors in the OB-49 model feature a slim 110mm mullion sightline, allowing for unobstructed garden
views even when the doors are closed, with minimal visible aluminium. For everyday convenience, the right-hand side of the doors, when viewed from the outside, functions as a traffic door. This allows easy access without needing to fold back all the panels.

The doors are equipped with colour-matched hinges and handles, high performance safety glass, and trickle vents and sit on a neat sub cill. These are also colour- matched in black to suit the rest of the glazing.

Origin bifold doors come as standard with a robust 8-point locking system and high- security cylinder, ensuring excellent security. Also provided are finger-safe gaskets,
internal glazing beads and one of the smoothest sliding and folding action. We’ve helped our customers get maximum functionality out of the bifolds. All bifolds have a
convenient traffic door, enabling easy ventilation when needed without having to fold all the panels back.
