In this case, one of our platinum developers Aubrey Homes, engaged HBD systems to provide them with an in-depth window analysis and estimate for this significant project. We were able to work with the client directly, allowing our experienced sales team to consult with them directly on the best choice of products, also providing a bespoke project specification and cost.
The brief was that the glazing had to be sympathetic to the location and house design as the property is mainly rural and did not want to stand out. With this brief, our team were able to work with the client, helping them achieve the optimum look and specification within their budget.

Residence 7 Luxury PVCu windows
Arguably one of the best products to replicate original wood windows is the Residence 7 system. The advantage of Residence 7 is not just its incredible styling but also the colour options. After a number of discussions, it was clear that colour choice was a key factor, as well as the styling of the windows. Painswick colour reference providing a textured grey finish was chosen for the external frames with a chalk white interior colour.

Origin OS-44 sliding doors
Contemporary Origin OS44 sliding doors at the back of the property give the family rooms a modern feel. The premium Origin OS-44 sliding doors provide the perfect balance of classic styling and on-trend slim sightlines with a 44mm central mullion.
Two sets of three-panel sliding doors are installed on each end of the large single-storey living spaces with a central two panel set. All the doors slide to one side, giving easy access out to the garden, with the patio door tracks set lower for easy access.
Origin doors come with thermally insulated frames, a marine-grade white powder-coated finish and insulated safety glass throughout. Using the doors is effortless thanks to contemporary bar handles, working with quality rollers to provide a light and quiet opening and closing sliding action. For security, the Origin sliding doors come with multi-point locking and a high security key cylinder.
Solid wood front door
When it came to the front door our clients were looking for a statement, solid and secure timber product. Our Kloeber front door ticked all of these boxes and more – including custom text within the glass side light.
The Kloeber product comes in a Light Oak wood finish with the excellent build quality, fit and finish associated with these high quality front door products. As standard, the front door comes with high-security laminated safety glass, an architectural quality door handle, and a matching crafted surround frame.
